Time Based Ranges
A structured educational framework for analysing market sessions by time.
TBR Academy is an education company. We publish instructional material on a session-based method of market analysis. We do not manage money, execute orders, hold client funds, sell signals, or provide personalised financial advice.
The method
A framework organised around the clock
Time Based Ranges, or TBR, is a method of structuring market analysis around fixed windows of the day rather than subjective interpretation of chart shapes. The premise is that price and sentiment change constantly while the session calendar does not. Markets open and close at the same time each day.
The material teaches students to define a range inside a specific window of the London or New York session, document market behaviour, and apply a structured set of written criteria for reviewing market scenarios. The framework is a documentation and process discipline. It does not forecast direction and does not reduce market risk.
Illustrative schedule
Defined windows
Study is restricted to specific, pre-agreed times of day rather than continuous screen watching.
Written criteria
Market conditions and evaluation criteria are documented in advance rather than determined in the moment.
Documented review
Students journal each decision and review their own execution against the criteria they set.
Scope
What TBR Academy is, and what it is not
What we do
- Publish written and recorded educational material.
- Teach a documented, rules-based process for reviewing sessions.
- Encourage journalling and self-review of decisions.
- Answer questions about the course material itself.
What we do not do
- We do not provide personalised financial advice.
- We do not manage money, hold client funds, or place orders.
- We do not sell signals, tips, or copy-trading services.
- We do not promise, project, or guarantee any result.
Trading carries risk, including the loss of the full amount invested. Nothing published here is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Risk & Results Disclaimer
We don’t believe in get-rich-quick schemes or shortcuts. We believe in hard work, developing real skill, and taking full responsibility. That’s exactly what this mentorship and the material we share are designed to help you do. As required by law, we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn money with our ideas, strategies, or programs. We don’t know you — and your outcomes depend entirely on your own decisions, discipline, and effort. Fair? Our goal is to share the best insights, systems, and strategies to help you move forward more efficiently. But nothing on this page, or in our training or emails, is a promise or guarantee of future earnings.
Any examples used in our educational materials are provided solely for illustrative and educational purposes. They should not be interpreted as typical, expected, or guaranteed outcomes. Individual outcomes vary, and trading involves substantial risk. All testimonials are 100% real — but they reflect what’s possible for highly committed students, not what’s typical for everyone. You should always do your own due diligence and use your best judgment before making any financial or trading decisions. Disclaimer
The performance figures stated above are based on DayTradingRauf’s personal trading results and/or those of select mentorship students. These are real results — but they are not typical. We are not suggesting you’ll achieve the same (or any) results. Rauf has spent years refining his system, studying market behavior, and building his edge through trial, error, and consistency. Most people who purchase trading education never implement it fully or see meaningful results. Your success depends on many factors — including your work ethic, consistency, emotional control, and risk management. Trading is risky. If you’re not okay with that, please do not apply for this program.
